Aziz El Badaoui - Artistic Director

Aziz literally brings thousands of hours of training combined with years of international styling experience to the Casa Aziz Salon.
Fluent in English, French and Arabic, Aziz El Badaoui presents an extraordinary international hair styling and training background. Aziz studied and worked for the international French Hair Salon Jacque Dessange in Casablanca, Morocco and Paris, France. His makeup and hair styling education continued at Ecole Privee De Maquillage, Casablanca and with Jean-Pierre Fleurimon in Paris. Further hair cutting training with Camille Albane took place in Madrid, Spain. Aziz took additional training in Milan, Italy focusing on coloring and hair cutting techniques. Desiring hair and makeup training in special services for brides, bridal parties, and stage event models or "Up doTraining," Aziz took these additional courses with Espace Somibele in Madrid. After returning to Morocco to spend one and a half years at Cloud Maxime, he made the move to the United States where he received still more training with the Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy and the Aveda Institute in New York City. |
He feels his specialty is hair-cutting and blow drying, but has learned all facets of the hair salon trade, ranging from head massage to hair-relaxer techniques to customer service and salon management.
Aziz's hair styling philosophy focuses on pleasing and advising the client by understanding their needs and keeping up with the latest hair styling trends and color techniques. "When any client comes into our new salon, I want them to experience a comfortable environment. I want them to leave happy and feeling great about their appearance and the level of service they received."

With years of experience as a hair stylist. Halima has a great passion for hair and making people beautiful. Her continual education with traveling in the US and Europe keeps her motivation strong and her techniques up to date. |
| Her strong love for threading and make up is what she specializes in. Sharing her knowledge of seasonal trends coming straight from Casablanca, Morocco. Halima has been inspired to keep up with the latest in cuts, color, fashion and make-up by attending education classes with Prive Academy, Loreal, and Eco Mondal and Camille Albane for a French American influence. |

Sandra Martinez:
What started as a hobby became her career. Sandra Martinez started blow drying hair at the age of eleven, she quickly realized she had a passion for making people feel beautiful. |
| After graduating high school and attending college for hospitality management she noticed she wasn't happy in the field that she was pursuing. Sandra decided to join the Paul mitchell Academy and after graduating has been trained by Aziz El Badaoui and joins Casa Aziz bringing to the salon her creativity and fun up-beat personaility. |
